Please Help regarding opening PayPal Account

    Hello DP Members..

    I am from India and want to open PayPal Account which needs credit card here. The problem is , I don't have credit card and not able to get it anyway as rules and regulations are very strict for credit cards in India now.

    What should I do to have PayPal account?
    Please help me. Waiting for your replies.

    Hello,

    If you have HDFC Bank Account then you can generate Virtual Credit Card online and can use it in your PayPal account.

    It is not at all compulsory to have a credit card to open a paypal account. You can surely open an unverified Paypal account without it and later... attach a bank account and use the same for verification! :)

    As already said by RM if you have a bank account then also you can verify yourself using that bank account.

    I have also having same problem.
    Also I have heard that HDFC's Netsefe service is also banned by PayPal in India. Are you sure is it still working?

    i also having same problem. I use debit card but paypal can't verified. It said that i must confirm to bank issuer debit card and verified again. But i haven't do that, so i can't tell you whether it's work or not. i hope it's work, because i need paypal

    I hope in India you cant verify with any debit card!
    only some Debit cars are getting verified and others won't

    You can use vcc or if you have a bank account then verify using your bank account it will work fine

    Dont use VCC , you can verify it with your bank account ,utility bills
