xtendmedia let you earn high the first day, the subsequent day? Speechless...

I'm earning pretty high the first day with 0.20+ cpm and some conversion. But today, the third day, I'm getting 0.10 CPM rate, got 3 TIMES as much conversion, much more impressions, but my earning is almost half :k

The second day was already dropped, and today, even worst. Not going to think about the next few days :k

anyone has this @#$ experience? I think honesty & integrity is important.... if such continues, I'm going to drop them altogether

    Hello Hipto,
I recommend that you get in touch with your account manager at XTEND and they can look in to this for you. It is unusual that the eCPM has dropped so much. They will gladly assist you with this matter.
    Best regards,
    Haley.

Im sad to say that this has happened to me as well after giving them sooo much praise. I have officially removed them from my site although the first 3 months were great.

Always the case with companies like this. They get way too many publishers and end up selling advertising way too cheap to fill it all.

    Hello,

They are called "Performance Based Ad Networks". They decide your revenue based on conversions (also known as leads or desired action). And it is obvious that after some initial days, your site members will not even click on the same banner. No ad network is having so huge variety that they can keep on displaying new ads. So this is very normal behavious. I highly recommend you to use impression based ad network if you have repetitive users for your site. You should contact me for some more information in your own interest

    Have A Nice Time

    Yours,
    Hemang Shah

i´d go with a "unique CPM" deal like BINLAY.com ... there you get paid for each visitor/IP-adress not each single view.

unique-cpm´s tend to pay much much more.

The way media buy is like this, Lets say that I am the advertiser, I go to Xtendmedia and purchase traffic from their network for .20 cpm. I have a 24-72 hours out clause. If the traffic is not converting, I can cancel the contract within that time. I would go back to them and show them the proof that the traffic is not converting and my campaign is in the red (meaning that I'm losing money) They will work with me until that campaign is in the green. Maybe they will lower the cpm until I'm making a profit. What you need to do is to make sure that your traffic is the most targeted for your advertiser. As long as they are making money they will continue to buy your traffic at a reasonable price.

Hello, I'm Haley from Xtend Media.
The eCPM is affected by many factors such as the country source of traffic, the ad sizes used, the frequency capping, campaigns we are running in each country and so on.
We work with hundreds of Publishers in our network, with many of them for years who are very satisfied with our services. It is normal for eCPM to fluctuate at times and if anyone has questions about their eCPM I recommend getting in touch with your Account Manager who will investigate it for you.
Sometimes a site may not be the right fit for our ads and we understand this 100%.
We have many positive reviews in this forum from our happy Publishers. :)
    Best regards,
    Haley.

Just check that such ad networks do not pay for every country. So many of your impressions and visitors are not counted at all
eg. binlayer recognises only two Asian countries viz. Turkey & Russia

So your earnings tend to be moderate or lower just like performance base ad network.

I haven't seen any unique CPM ad network which pays for all countries.

I'm getting 0.73 euros (USD 90 cents) CPM rate at each half million valid prints using another network.

It's all about placement. If you're just counting to dump pageviews and get CPM but not get them any clicks that drive value to advertisers then what would you expect?

Advertisement has to work both ways.

I've used Xtend in the past, they work well. You just need to worry about driving more quality traffic to your advertisers or you'll always get low rates and complain about them.

xtend is around 5% of earnings from adsense.
