What's the matter with the Indonesian Publisher? so that it becomes difficult?

 

I register my account via docstoc then via their page i sign up for google adsense and get approved within 24 hours.

then from there sign up for your google adsense account

Try with blogger.com. It belongs to google. I thing you will get adsense account.
