there was a SEO tool made by google ( i think ) where you was enter an url , and they where reporting back the website theme(s) like Internet -> Internet Marketing Internet -> Web Development anybody know about that tool ?! anything? url ? tool name?!
Not entirely sure what your question is getting at but if you mean worpress themes, its usually in the footer in tiny text. If not you can try this method: Go to View -> Source and press Ctrl+F to open the “Find†dialog. Enter /wp-content/themes/ to locate any theme-related URLs in the HTML. Often you will be able to guess the theme’s name from a stylesheet or image URL. For example, an URL which contains this ......./themes/my_cool_design/style.css indicates the blog is using a theme called “My Cool Design†: If that doesnt work then just contact the site owner, they should have no reason not to tell you.
look at source code, should tell you in the header just below the page declaration if the theme was properly developed

Did you mean this - Google Directory? I have never seen or used such a tool you mentioned but Google Directory breadcrumb may be the closest one per your questioned.
