Hassan, not one of those is an article directory. The best way to find trusted article directorys is not to use a list. Search google for "Article directory" and it will show you the ones that google thinks are the best.

I have an article submission question. Do you submit the exact same article to all these sites or change it slightly? Just in reference to dup content thats all.
