I want to know that do we have any benefit of free press releases? If yes, then what are they because I heard that in free press release we can't post any link in the body then what are the benefits.
Each press release distribution network has it's own rules about embedding links in the press release. I have never used free press release distribution sites... I have always used the paid PRWeb releases that cost $200/release and allow several links per press release. But PRLog is probably the most popular and well distributed FREE press release distributor out there.
Some free press release services will let you include links, or will put you into a "link lottery" where you've got an x% chance of getting your link included. But if you're serious then the paid services are the way to go - PRWeb is probably one of the best (as Canonical mentioned) but it's also one of the most expensive, so you might find something more within your budget elsewhere.
