hi all, my sister is so fat and he is so trouble for this and she ask me that how to lose weight. so i hav no any suggestion and any no idea that how to lose weight and her weight 70 kg in 15th teen year old. So anyone know about this show own opnion. thanks
I think that Diet is perfect way to loose your sisters weight.because for my sister I have already try this.
Dieting is useless in my opinion. The real solution to keeping fit and healthy is exercise. I walk every day, and play football once a week, and go hiking near enough once a month, and that keeps me skinny, even though I could eat a cow and then some every dinner time XD But seriously, I think that some of these diets that people do can actually be bad for their long term health, there are diets that have killed people. Just ensure she gets enough exercise and she'll be fine.

Seen your problem and read so many replies above. But the right solution may be to regulate her diet and biological clock. Let her go to bed early and wake up early. discipline her routine in such a way as to have minimum disturbance on biological clock. Let her have fat free food , more water and lot of exercise Let us hope for the best..
Diets do not work. You'll just fall back into your old routine. You need to change your routine. Change your lifestyle. Replace bad habits with good ones !
