    My question is:

Do NOINDEX and NOFOLLOW only work for Google or also work for Yahoo and Live MSN SE ROBOTS ?

If yes. Where do Yahoo and MSN mention?

    Thanks

nofollow or dofollow is just a system or saying technology developed by google, and they are the only one using it.

If your asking for robots.txt than it is common for all search engines. And if you are talking for rel=nofollow that is part of html and all search engines follows the same rules. Ya this things are not mentioned in any document.

Yes, dofollow and nofollow distinction is made only in the eyes of google. If you wanna make sure check backlinks for any page for both i.e., google and yahoo...and you'll always find that yahoo accepts every backlink as a backlink. doesn't matter where it comes from.
