By auto directory submission you can get a lot of traffic to your site since you have 20 plus site and you cant do seo for all so i suggest you can buy services of some seo experts for your sites or purchase some online seo tools.
I'd suggest you only submit to the top directories and forget about the hundreds of other directories that promise to send you traffic and links which are worthless. There are only about 10 web directories worth submitting to, and I'd say it would be best for you to submit manually and take the time to select the best categories.
Directory submission is an obsolete and ineffective technique in SEO. Focus on other strategy that will really bring you on the top of search results.

I think in using auto directory submission, some of it will not be approved since some directories do have captcha for spam purposes. So it's better to submit manually.
Auto directory submission process wont be successful due to human readable captcha form. So please try to avoid these types of submissions..
