Free domain webhosting recommendations? Or, can you host me?

I'm currently using 000webhost.com as a free domain webhost (5 domains/subdomains, 2 MySQL databases, 150 gb bandwidth, 1000 mb, and access to cpanel).

Now, their Fanstico feature is down for the comment, so I'm looking for another free domain webhosting.

- Allow at least 5 domains (and at least 5 subdomains within those domains)
- At least 2 to 5 MySQL databases
- At least 30GB of bandwidth
- At least 1GB of diskspace
- Access to cpanel where I can use Fantstico to install wordpress and other scripts

I'm using another paid shared hosting, but I'm looking another free domain hosting for my autoblogs and such.

I'm willing to pay $40 one-time fee as well.

 

Sorry i don't quite understand about this.
By one time fee is this mean whole life?

 

I would suggest that you go for a shared hosting account. Some hosting companies like "web hosting pad" can host you for about 2$ a month which means that in your "startup fees" of 40$ you can host your sites for more than a year.

Is it temporary down or has the feature been eliminated permanently do good research and you'll come up with a suitable host

Applying for free domain name which comes to you as bonus make sure that web host use your contact details for registration. Make sure you are actual domain name owner.
