    The site has pretty good google rankings and it really just needs someone who is interested in the subject to take it over.

    The revenue is minimal and probably brought in a few hundred dollars over the last year or so but the real value here is in the domain name and the fact that it's already ranking well for related terms.

    I'll also include the owned vb license.

    I'm not sure but based on my experience going from vb 3.x to 4.0 I doubt that it'll work.
