How to get Accepted for the Microsoft Adsense?

Ok so I'm back... I have tested this on a couple pages and the relevance is still pretty bad. Payout is better than Yahoo publisher network but lots of work to be done in my view to compare to google adsense program. The filtering of ads in Yahoo's program was much better and there was a bit more flexibility. In terms of relevance I prefer Chitika but payout seems to be better with Microsofts adsense program if you get the clicks. The relevance issue may just be related to my niche though so further testing in other niches would be helpful for those considering using their program.

I submitted all my info over two years ago. I have not used since about 18 months ago and they still keep sending me enticements to start advertising.

My guess is US and valid tax/ssn ID and and a site they like. It sounds like it has gotten a bit tougher to get on board.

Well They accept only big sites with huge traffic. Better to go for Google.
