builemein said me he was on wekend there was some problem with payment and provided me with new details wich is not now 3 month old anyway

I've been scammed before and successfully gotten my money back after basically spreading some bad stuff about the person, I called PayPal, and they told me how it works with a Virtual Item like this.

PayPal does not cover Virtual Goods, so creating a dispute will only work with the buyer/seller, and also to warn you.. A PayPal Rep told me directly that they will automatically close your ticket if you escalate a ticket, for a Virtual Good, if you want to try to work with a buyer/seller longer, don't escalate it until the last min.

The Rep told me to escalate it the day before it will close, because it will become part of their record, and therefore if more cases come up, the user could potentially lose their paypal account access or legal action could be sought.
