    When buying on line just think of the other guy as Hitler (insert your own bad guy here). Never trust them until you got all the facts straight or else this will happen.

    If you trust someone online your mistaken not them.

    dispute for virtual goods like services and website in PP are no good they will barely ever consider these kind of dispute.

    Worked for 9 years a moderator on a forum where my only job was to handle scammer claims and disputes. There are many ways to quickly sort out issues and disputes and then render
    a decision based on facts and then build a list of emails and IP address's to try and contain the scamming. It actually works well.

    I think moderator's job is so hard to know clearly and difficult to make a decision for all member's problems, but I believe they have a rule to make it better.... On the other side, all members must have a great hope that moderators can do a better to minimize scam activities...
