I only do yoga as my strength training and its by far better than lifting weights I am stronger faster and in better overall conditoin after doing just yoga vs doing weights I have since become a yoga teacher becasue its the best form of exercise out there

I think yoga is a sport can stabilize breathing, endurance of the body and certainly good for the mind becomes more subtle and can think calmly .... if you've ever tried it?
