    He's telling you the benifits. Duh what else would he be doing.

    I only do yoga as my strength training and its by far better than lifting weights I am stronger faster and in better overall conditoin after doing just yoga vs doing weights

    I have since become a yoga teacher becasue its the best form of exercise out there

    yoga i think is the best way of meditation. yoga is useful in many ways like reducing weight, curing diseases. and there are so many other benfits of yoga..

    Yoga totally makes you calm and you find really inner peace with yourself after one session. It takes off all the tension your body is having.

    Yoga... Everyone who practice yoga should be careful with yoga positions, espesially people with back problems. Good teacher is the most important.
    Anyway everybody should take yoga philosophy as everyday life guide.

    I think yoga is a sport can stabilize breathing, endurance of the body and certainly good for the mind becomes more subtle and can think calmly .... if you've ever tried it?
