Mandarin or Chinese will be the second best. Given China's increasing influence, it is essential to know Mandarin. India is a growing power but I heard that there are dozens of official language in India. In fact my staff mostly speak Telagu.

depends of your market. This will depend on which market you want to conquer. Whats your local market? Or do you want to conquer another market. Also, what language are you mostly comfortable in?
Is there any second language in your area?
Will you need to provide support in this language?
All of those questions are important before choosing which language

I would say Chinese, Spanish and followed Arab and then Hindi since there are the languages being used by many people

China is an immense market for American goods and services, and a vital supplier to American manufacturers and consumers. U.S. trade with China exceeded $245 billion in 2004 (second only to trade with Canada and Mexico).
So, I recommend you as Mandarin Chinese Language.
