AdSense provides much more relevant ads than Yahoo publisher network in general. However YPN provides publisher the ability to select ad categories for their website.
A so called "YPN" which is closing or already closed However, they cannot be comparable to Adsense in most aspect I could think of.
I didn't even think it was open to public without a crazy review process (for 3rd party sites). Back in the day they really dropped the ball.

yahoo has a publisher network (yahoo publisher network), but it's nothing like adsense. you have a better chance at making more with sites like chitika yugo,

Yahoo has ads program but nothing can beat adsense. I would say they are very generous compared to others. The rates are far higher than other networks.
Yahoo has an advertising system but its only available for USA webmsters yet. Wait some years if you are not American
