A relevant title would help as would a meta description. You need to decide which keywords you are targeting and take it from there, having those keywords in the domain would help a great deal (143 share blog means nothing to me or the spiders) but you are in a very competitive niche so I wouldn't expect any miracles or even to find a keyword rich domain that hasn't been snapped up already! Really if you are going to blog about making money online then you should already know at least the basics of SEO/SEM, I suggest finding a niche that you are more experienced with and can create fresh and unique content that has some value to the reader. Don't bother with any paid advertising until you know you can convert readers into buyers otherwise you'll just be wasting money. All your content is below the fold and to be honest when I am greeted by a page that just looks like a bunch of adwords and then under that I see an article telling me how to make money as an affiliate I get suspicious because if the author really was an expert on affiliate marketing then I'd expect to see that reflected in the page but I see no affiliate links anywhere.
I am from India and I know many Seo experts who are hired for good amount. The think is you need to lrn with interest . You can't expect a board in front of schools and colleges saying , "Become Seo expert in 30 days ! Join now . Only limited seats " lol

A great way to get traffic is through social networking and video sharing websites. SEO is just one part in the whole process of being a webmaster. The thing you want, is to make your website attractive to others, offer videos, offer pictures get them subscribed to your rss feed and mailing list. What I am saying is being diverse will drive your pagerank. Its not only about website content it is about building trust with your visitors.
