Both paypal accounts limited- please help me to find a solution.

    Hi friends

    I have two paypal accounts - 1 bank verified personal account and 1 premier non verified account.
    I had some balance in my non verified account. So in order to withdraw it using verified account, I sent it fully to my verified account.

    Just after completing the transaction, both of my accounts got limited asking for more details. In my verified account it shows, solve the issues associated with your other account. And when I log into this one, it ask for the following details under the topic 'begin a limitation review'

    Confirm your credit card
    Provide proof of delivery
    provide invoices
    supplier contact info
    provide more inf about the payment

    First of all this money was sent from my one account to other. Secondly how can I provide invoices and other tracking inf etc. Even if they want me to provide invoices and tracking inf for money I received from others, I can't because I'm not selling any 'physical products' online and I'm dealing with article submission only.

    My whole work got blocked due to this problem and I'm very much worried. Did anyone of you faced the same problem? anyone of you know how to solve it? Please help me, this is the first thing for me.
    How can I convince them that I haven't done anything wrong? In which email I can contact them directly?

    Just call paypal and tell that both are your accounts!
    Also here after if you transfer to your another account put details as My Money or My Another Account or Some other like that

    Yes,roopajyothi is right.Call Paypal and tell them that both are your Paypal accounts and your problem will be solved.

    Dear friend, I tried calling them trough skype, but due to the inturruptions in the connection I was unable to explain everything. Are you ppl sure that by calling them this issue get solved? I could find a lot of paypal contact no:s in dp itself. Anyways I have decided to call them through my mobile, because this is my last resort. bdw In which no. I can call and explain everything to restore my account?

    they do nothing.... your moneys wasted
    Just happened to me too .... they ask for info even if someone send you money
