Buying Programmer Needed For Backlink Checker System

    We are developing a site that pulls articles in from RSS feeds and such and want to check the backlinks of those articles and rank them accordingly. However, Yahoo API only lets us check 5000 backlinks a day and we want the ability to do up to 2 million a day. If you could build a system where we can check as many backlinks as we want a day and rank them accordingly, please let me know. I can give you full details and this could lead to further work, as we have a large budget. We currently have 2 full-time coders but they need some help with this one. Thanks!

    Use fresh proxy after each 5k links checked and it will work :)
