The problem with techblogs is that they are mostly visited by "adblind" people. That causes CPC and CPM rates for such sites quite low(due to low CTR). If you have little traffic, there is no point to set up any ads for now.

You can start with Cpxinteractive , Globaltakeoff or Valueclickmedia. I am using them and they pay on time.
Well..I have Asian traffic so not getting much from them. From valueclick media im getting CPM of 0.20 at CTR 0.64. Globaltakeoff pays me about 0.40 for USA/UK traffic and 0.03 for Asian traffic. Underdog media is also good for USA/UK traffic. Their CPM is about 0.25.

yes they are paying very less for Asia, but i have most visit from USA,UK and Canada.. so witch you will suggest best for me..?
I suggest you to apply for underdog media and place their ad code on your site, then apply for globaltakeoff or any other CPM network and place their ad codes in underdog media default ads. or apply for valueclikmedia. If the approve you then sign up for globaltakeoff or any other CPM network and add their ad code in default. This is the best formula to monetize your traffic.

Underdog media and Valueclick media give you the option to add default ad codes from their control panel. That means if they don't have any ad for you they will display the default ad. For example Undergod media don't have any ad for Asian traffic or some cpm campaigns ran out of their daily limit then they display the default ad which you have added in their default ads. You can add more than 1 default ad. You can say it work like an adserver. Most of the ad companies show Ad Council ads if they do not have any banner ad for you.
