You may want to retake those images, since your giving out personal info on a public forum. He will not be banned, atleast from what i know.
This is really scary, i am also new to sell and buy stuff in DP, and so many scammers around, make me afraid to buy anything here
friend, no problem with 40$. GOD will give again. i m just warn other friends, be carefull. DP is trustful place but always think 100 times before buying or selling.
When a deal goes bad place a factual account in deal thread and use itrader to alert others of the problem. Since only one itrader per deal is allowed be sure of the outcome before you give it. Always make certain seller owns site/domain before purchasing.
As with all deals in life it is buyer, beware. But by doing your research before buying you can generally protect yourself. Always check with company issuing license to see if license is valid. Escrow services are designed to protect the buyer.
I think that use deal thread and give him a worst I trader by which you can decrease his reputation.and if possible then try to contact Administrator.

Leave a Negative iTrader & Dispute the transaction - Although I dispute a lot of transactions through the companies I've run, and PayPal doesn't exactly cover virtual goods atm.
