Hi I withdrawn my money(150$) from paypal on 28 may 9 days ago to my bank in israel (3-5buisness days) and its the second time i withdraw the first time i got money in time but now i still didnt get my money i check every time on my bank site if i got the money but still nothing is there any chance that my bank might hold money or its the problem in paypal? as it stated in email i was supposed to see my money on bank account by 4th june. i soon get money again on paypal and im scared to withdraw them because i might not get them
Paypal takes 3-5 banking days before your money gets to your account. This doesn't include weekends and holidays.

In your case, you need to wait and telling your problem to paypal and i do not think you will lose money as paypal is the most secure way in money protection. I would need you to use other method as well if you need to withdraw money without needing to pay for tax or fee and see your money in real time.
Don't worry! I just did it last week. It shows that it's moved out of your paypal account, but doesn't show up in your bank account for a few days. It just goes out in cyber space I guess!! I've never lost any money from the transaction.
Max it takes a Week and PayPal will update the transaction as completed once they deposited on your account!
You might check with your bank as well, to see if they have a hold on it, or can trace the payment from their end. I wire money out of my account to Japan frequently and have never had to wait more than 3-4 working days before I saw the money.
