Rules Just got an infraction

    Hey guys, i just got an infraction.
    heres the message
    I understand about the duplicate thread, however the blog commenting, referred to commenting on MY OWN blog and forums, not spamming.

    Can 1 thread be restored? As to description off the infraction the threads got deleted due to the blog commenting misunderstanding.

    First of all, you are not allowed to discuss about your infractions publicly by posting threads. You need to PM a Moderator or an Administrator. You might get one more for this one, and also you should read the rules completely to avoid such mistakes in future.

    If you read the OPs post you'll notice he doesnt actually complain about the infraction... just clarified that the service he was seeking pertained to his own site rather than commenting on others, and asked if *that* thread could be reinstated. Lighten up.

    The rule is stated in bold print saying *** DO NOT START A THREAD TO COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR INFRACTION(S)***.

    His thread, despite the title is (as you said) not to complain about the infraction.
    It is aimed at reinstating a thread he believes was removed due to a misunderstanding of his intent.

    When you have a hammer in hand it isnt uncommon that everything starts to look like a nail.
    In this instance there appears to be ample room for a different interpretation.
