Can be dyva141188 be banned ? He sold me a site that is not his

On may 31 I contacted dyva141188 via google talk and he mentioned he had a site for sale, ubvideo.com and he offered it to me for 50 dollars so I agreed to pay him the amount via paypal, then as soon as I completed the payment he went offline for almost 2 days and pretty much started to give me excuses saying the site belonged to a friend of his, but he is unable to reach his friend.... so i started to be suspicious of him then I

as it turns out he already sold the domain to someone else earlier, so basically he scammed me out of 50 dollars and he refuses to refund me my money

I have all chat trasnscripts saved so I can prove everything, I just don't want this guy to continue to scam others I have made a post about it on http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1810237
but it got deleted by a mod which I don't think is right since I'm just looking out for others and trying to get my money back

to make matters worst I have given dyva141188 an negative Itrader on a different post, and he has retaliated and given me a negative itrader, can I get it reversed please?

I was in no way going out of my way to bash anyone, I was just stating facts according to that mod from that thread that IS OK. I dont' understand why a mod would delete my post on dealing with dyva141188

is this like to let bad people scam and scam over again. let see how many people will get scam again. just for 5 minute to send infraction to my post. but dont have others 5 minute to banned scammer. so this is clear not because dont have time to take care the problem.


must be clear between involved and not let scam go free. if this is happen to mod of dp,i just wonder what mod will do

 

that why when I do business, I find people here,.. and then you go out with your email ID for more private,.. get back here when you wanna make itrader exchange,..

Happens on DP all so often!

 

For me, negative iTrade can be given for something like - I put his link, and he didn't pay so I deleted it, but I lost time and I'll give him negative.. or, article writer got his money, but gave me very bad articles.. but this is serious, and I don't agree with MODS. If you can provide proof, then it should be took into consideration.

What if I payed that guy $1000?! And I'm sure you would ban this person if you payed him about $100, and got nothing instead .

If you have no time, then find new MOD's who will do only that job.

EDIT:

No, I asked them that also, as this guy gave me negative just because I did the same WITH REASON, and he puted - he is boring, he gave me negative - LOL, again error by MOD's but smaller one because there are too many members with this issue.

Please be undertaken action against this guy, he's always negative comments about me every time I create a new thread ..
He accused me of cheating, even though I have never done what he accused ..
He may feel hurt because I do not sell these domains to him, because he offers very low ..

 

LOL so it was still OK to take my money ? wait that domain you sold me was NOT yours to begin with I have proof, so when are you going to REFUND me I already reported you to paypal so good luck dealing with them

Well i bought a site here the other day, mentioning it, i need to leave itrader + for him, but always always ask for proof that the "owner" owns the domain, in my case, i got the owner to upload a Alex.html file i could naivgate to proof it was his.

Learn from your mistake and be more vigilant

 

Paypal won't do anything. I was scammed of $600 here on DP through dp and dp said they wouldn't do anything about it.

 

Yeah! they said Buyer Beware Policy
Even my Brother loosed 700 bucks in paypal
But business is like that
We have no way to do that
