I'm looking for a small banner the size of 468 x 60, the banner is to be put on a tour review pages. Would if be possible to make this an animated gif, make the text blink? "Book Today, Click Here!" that's the text id like to use
Only issue with this is that i'd like the image on the right side to fade into the center image... other wise everything looks all good I will be choosing my design in about 5 hours, 5 pm Pacific time.

I like the design, but the its too big.... id like it to be around 30k or less if possible. I'm also going to choose the design tomorrow morning instead, i have to go to an event right now so i'll be back soon
