why does geo visitors think i'm in kansas?

    seriously! is there any way to correct this confused little green arrow?

    (btw--geo targeting did better--got me on the right coast, anyway)

    Probably because of the same reason I sometimes see my green blob in Virginia. Earthlink's main offices are in Virginia. It would not surprise me to learn that the home of your ISP is in Kansas.

    Most likely it just centered you on the United States if it was only able to narrow you down to the country.

    Strangely enough, when I zoom in to my little green blob, it's a few miles out
    but centred on a street with my surname!
