Sorry about the suspension. But to get Adsense reinstated these days seems "mission impossible".

There seems to be 2 departments in Google.

When one of my friend (Adsense beginner) told me he "motivated" his friends to click on his Adsense, I advised him to send an email to Google to remove the earnings as he has "accidentally" click on his Adsense for "testing" purpose. Google team accepted his confession and said everything is alright.

Just the next day, he received the infamous "invalid click" email from Google on his account suspension, this time from the "audit team".

He appealed with the first reply email. Days later, the "audit team" replied with the again infamous "appeal rejection" email.

I'd thought his chance of reinstatement is high as he has the first acknowledgement email but the "audit team" seems to overpower the decision to suspend account.

Without a detailed log file, the chance for appeal seems between zero to null.

G is way too vague about the reasons for banning someone. They just say "invalid clicks" and keep the money you earned. They rarely give you a clue what "invalid clicks" they are talking about.

Reading the TOS, they say they can ban you at any time and you have no recourse. It's a terrible TOS and I think there's a class-action in there for some enterprising attorney.

Looking over the TOS's for the competition, they are all terrible. They stack all the cards on their side and you have no rights. They all take the position of "Agree or go away!"

I'm not impressed with the online advertising industry.

But at least they tell us the game rules up-front. We can choose to play or not play based on how comfortable we are with the rules. If we choose to play, we can't complain when they do what they say they will do.

If enough people find the current rules obnoxious, maybe that will create an opening for another player to come along with different rules.

Your logs are on your webserver under your hosting account...

Your inability to manage all of your sites shows little forethought in business planning....and also a clue as to why you are banned...

tossing a bunch of shite on the wall you cannot clean up indicates somethings foul.....

Who the heck do you want to be responsible for all your accounts???

A few weeks ago someone mentioned that Google was cracking down on image hosting sites, to which I responded that they should, since I use a lot of image hosting sites, and 99% of them are blatantly breaking the Adsense TOS with all manners of "click on the ad below!" text or having Adsense banners in floating pop-ups or interstatials, you name it, they're doing it. I'm not saying you have done this, but it could just be that you got caught up in one of Google's "kill all the image hosters" sweep. Something to consider...

Qucikfreehost - was you having people sign up and making money from their sites by putting your own adsense on there?

Yes, try other Adsense alternatives ... for myself, earnings from affiliation surpass Adsense :)
