Hello, I recently received 4 payments from a person. Just after a week paypal limited his account leaving no option to remove limitation in his resolution center. Not only this but paypal also created claim on all his outgoing transactions in which 4 was received by me.... . I provided information to paypal using my account and also uploaded screenshot of email confirmation of item receipt which was sent to me by the buyer. After that when I called paypal, they said this will release money but nothing happened. Again I called after 12 hours but this time a person told me a diffrent thing..... He said , he cannot release money until buyer speaks him on the phone.... What do i do,,,,, buyer dont wanna call paypal becuase of call cost as he is on 144 kbps cdma connection which is not good for skype.... What do I do? I provided service to the buyer which is proved with the email screenshot. Stil if buyer dont contact them over phone, I am going to suffer, it this good??
PayPal works with Bunch of Idiots in their call center , so i sugggest you to spck to consern dept. where they handle dispute and claim Thank you Oldegold
