    During his speech in White House, John F. Kennedy (former president of USA) said to Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto (former president of Pakistan).

    Bhutto replied with a smiling face,

    IMO Kennedy was trying to impress a third world leader with his statement. And Bhutto dodged his effort.
