    Its so easy just login to your online sbi netbanking facility and then go to profile section, add beneficiary of icici bank account and also setup limits. After that you will get confirmation sms. After confirming beneficiary you can transfer funds anytime. Hope this helps. Best of LUck!!

    You can drop your sbi account's cheque in any icici bank account easily.

    if you mean by online then you need sbi net banking and also SWIFT code of your icici bank branch.

    Why would he need the SWIFT code?

    He will need the IFSC code, isn't it?

    yea.. you can do that. So in order to do that you need

    1. you have to register with https://www.onlinesbi.com/ and also need to register with your mobile phone number with them(in your sbi branch.)

    2. online sbi>> personal banking tab..and register your user name and password.. and also a Profile password in additions to login password.

    3. you will get confirmation to your mobile phone.

    4.Then go to your account page >> payments and transfer Tab which is 2nd from left

    5. Select interbank transfer

    6.select Transaction type "NEFT" and click Proceed. (which has longer transfer time..than RTGS)

    7. click to add an interbank payee.

    8. Here you be asked to enter "profile password"

    9. you be taken to a beneficiary account info box. give here the details of your ICICI or other clients name, address, bank, account number and and finally you be asked to IFSC code. if you have that.. well and good. otherwise, no problem.. just click the location and go the details of the bank you want to add.

    10. accept the T&C

    An SMS text will be sent immidiatly to your registerd mobile. and put that code.

    DONE.
