Apparently Apple either 1) hates Google, or 2) thinks Bing's relevant (and I'm pretty sure they don't 3) love Microsoft). Including Bing as a search option in the latest Safari releases is a smart move commercially (as Google is increasingly a direct market threat), but also a show of maturity of Bing as a search platform. I still think it's a force with which to be reckoned in the future. I don't hate it (but that's about all I could say for Google as well, they're search engines, after all, and it's kinda hard to get mushy and emotional over a search engine).
I don't like Bing because I couldn't find some sites in .ru As for Google I can say that it works up my request and shows relevant links. I registred my site in Bing but nothing happend. It doesn't indexing my site. Somebody could help me with my problem? my site is www.magora-systems.ru
Did you submit it via a localized portal, or via the US site? Bing takes a while to add submitted listings - it's not exactly DMOZ, but it can take a while. From memory (and it's been a while) last time I submitted a site it took about a month to get it listed. There are a few threads around here on delays, and I'm pretty sure most people are having to wait 2 to 3 weeks minimum.
I'll be honest, and say I really don't know. However, I'd hazard a guess that if you want a quick result, and the localization of the portal doesn't make a difference, you'll get a quicker response via Bing US (unless of course the site isn't ... in English ... ) Can't hurt to try though!
I like with the desaign of bing. . . but, more peoples say, bing is the best seach engine than google. . .
I personally like bing. It looks great, results are great, maybe people will start using it? I hope so, I really wish we had some market share wars going on for search engines. I would really like to see bing with %20 of the market. That way I don't always have to be so reliant on google for traffic.
Notice the people who's only reason for using Bing is because of the pretty picture. Maybe they'd like it even better if they had a little doggie running back and forth across the screen. Also notice that Google put background images on their page for one day but pulled it because people absolutely hated it! Bing can't compete with Google, or even Yahoo for that matter. The pretty pictures are like lipstick on a pig. It's still a pig.
Bing .When ever you open bing there are nice back ground images you will see. SO yesterday google came up with this ideas aswell and start showing nice pictures in google pages in chrome browsers. So BIG Fishs lined up .
Bing is very impressive and i like their layout and images that daily update for their search engine.Bing will overcome google and yahoo.present their market is very low.i really like the Bing search.
bing has been improved so much, it searches very fast what i personally feels, but still goole is the best choice yet
I dislike every existing search engine, and none of them are good enough for me. But till my perfect search engine comes along, Google will have to do. So are you god?, for people to take your mere word as the truth. (If you are, please pardon me) Say it with proof if you want people to believe you.
