    Goto google homepage
    type the following into the URL
    javascript:google.fpd='1';google.fpdl();

    you can create a bookmark and set the location URL of the bookmark to javascript:google.fpd='1';google.fpdl();

    Click the bookmark whenever you want to clear the google background.

    Nice eh?

    by default it have no background so if you clear cache , cookies it comes with no background

    You have to go and clear all cookies and cached page, including temporarily files stored. The default of Google is "no image" and if you see one, then it is the effect of your past activity.
