if you do a youtube search, there are lots of videos that take you step by step through the process.

In your backoffice though you can check if they have fantastico. If you do have it all you have to do is choose where you want wordpress to be installed and click install and that's it.

Otherwise you are going to have to use FTP to upload the files and mysql to set up your database

according to siteground.com they do have fantastico

    http://www.siteground.com/fantastico-hosting.htm

    1. If you havent already done so, you need to log in to where you bought your domain and change the DNS to point to your new hosting provider
    2. It usually takes about 24 hrs for the name server change to take place
    3. log in to your hosting account. It should direct you directly to the cpanel/controal panel.
    4. once at your control panel scroll down until you see downloads/services
    5. You should see a blue smiley face image that says "fantastico de luxe"
    6. click there and the instructions are pretty self explanatory from there.

    1. Free step by step video tutorial how to install wordpress in quick ways with fantastico.
    2. Video how to install wordpress with ftp.
    3. Video how to install wordpress by uploading files.

You can choose the easiest which is no 1. But one thing you should remember, if you install wordpress with fantastico, you should also uninstall it with fantastico.
