As the title suggests I am looking for a moderator of my webmaster forum, http://forum.jgblogging.com
I will expect the moderator to make regular posts and refer many members to my forum.

If you are interested PM me here.

lol, I think it is one of the toughest job to find a moderator who posts regularly and also get members for your forum as I also want the same but no one is going to do this job for free :(

I agree, I have found a moderator, but he is not as active as i would them to be, but it should be only for a while, due to exams.

Good luck in finding a moderator. I'd love to do the job, but I'm just too busy these days. :(.

My advice is that you do not need a moderator for a small forum - many new small forums have lots of modertors when they do not need them and it makes the forum look less busy.

I agree, the forums looks so new. Im not sure you need a Moderater at this time. But more active people to generate convesation.

Yeah, i have found a forum moderator, he joined my team about a week ago, i will probably start looking for another moderator after i reach around 200 + members. The thing is i have 21 members, but i am struggling to find any ACTIVE new members, can one of you visit my site and tell me, well what is wrong with it :(
    Thanks

I dont think there is a need for another moderator until well over 1000 members. My forum has 6000 members and there are 3 moderators.

You really need to understand the difference between "Moderator and Dedicated Members".

Right now, what you're looking for is called "Dedicated Member" and NOT moderator. Most of the forum owners are making this mistakes often.

Well, I think everyone usually use Moderator word for Moderator, so I used the same.
