How to find exact position in Google for my site?

How to know where is my site in SERPs? I know it's not in first 10 pages for targeted phrase. So, is there a tool that can find out if your page is on i.eg. 345 position in google?

If it isn't in the first ten pages, does it really matter where it is? For all practical purposes you do not rank for that key phrase.

 

Google web master tool is the best for me. If you sign up a new account, you can have voucher for adwords but i forgotten how much does it worth..$50?
