Something doesn't seem right. If this site is making $900 a month, it should sell for at the very least $9,000.

Why would the previous owner that sold it on Flippa only ask for $1,400 which is barely over 1 months revenue and you're only asking for $2,200 which is a little more than 2x monthly revenue.

 

i dont think soo.. and i dont know about previews owner.. i know about my self.. i need some quick cash this way.. i am selling it in $2200 .it sounds little for this site but at this time this amount is huge for me.. for me this site is not a problem.. after some months if i have money then i will repurchase it...

 

Yeah but if the site is truly earning $900 a month, it will sell just as fast at $2200 as it would at say $6000 for example. People seem to love buying Adsense sites and they almost always go for 10-12x monthly revenue so you should have no problem selling it for more.
