I cannot sleep in my room. I lived with my friends. Any little noise can get me awake from asleep. I go to sleep at the twelve o'click at night, and found myself still awake at 3:00. It's very painful.
go away from your friends. rent other house. Or maybe you can buy eye cover and ear cover, so you will not be disturbed
Is it because you fear something? If we are anxious about something, such behaviour in sleep is normal
Lack of sleep is detrimental to your health.Most people need six to eight hours of sleep every day.You had better rent other house..
Thanks for the reply. I often feel unsafe and unsatisfied about my life and work. And I'm sensitive to noice, if there is no noice, I think I can sleep.
Oh god.. One should sleep atleast 6 hours.. Dont spoil your health.. Spend some money and place yourself somewhere else
Exercise could help. Go to a park, take a 30 min walk. Eat less meat during dinner time could help as well.
Try some "white noise". You can get machines that will produce this noise, or you can use something like an air purifier, nature tapes (beware the crashing waves or you may be running to the bathroom constantly).
THen get yourself a ear plugs of get a seperate room for yourself to feel better and have a nice sleep
