You can practise to loudly express your own opinion in the public. Don't be afraid of interview, answer what the interviewer ask, you can search and learn as much information as possible about the job before the interview.
The interviewer is not any god or evil.. Why should you shiver by seeing him.. Just a normal person who asks you questions.. Have some positive thought and start speaking with him casually, you will make it
To improve your communication skill you just try to read or speak as much as you can with your friends or everyone. In this way your hesitation will go away. Learn English, get command over tenses (atleast). and for communication, start conversation with any friend in English and daily atleast one hour speak with friend on any topic. either you speak right or wrong, it doesn't matter in starting. But it will make your speaking flow. Then after hard working and practice, you will become confident in communication.
some tips from me , watch Hollywood movies. try to speck english in your daily life . watch English programs if you do chat online for eg on yahoo or msn try to speck someone on mic .they don't know who you are . have lot more tips for you but shortage of time here GOOD LUCK
I think that just join the course named YLTP.by which you can increase your C.S. because I have experience of that.
The best way to achieve this goal is to deal with people one on one. Maybe try a temporary part time job where people depend on you to solve their problems. A call center would be a good place to start to improve on this.

you try to read different of stories because it is effective for your communication , in my opinion go to talk with people in stores , this is useful for you , don't be shy , you should be cheeky that can be sucessed .
