Well to be honest I don't know what to say, being only PR2 not that great but you seem to get good traffic. I think the value is in the article submission and do follow link list although it's possible these lists have been extensively used, just speculating but with 36k I'm sure it is. Can you PM me the URL of the site? How many spots are you selling because I think you need to offer a free review copy of your service to accurately determine the value of the service.
