I save file and open again but find same word.
Nothing change in my notepad.

 

ok there is another trick that i know... make a folder named con

 

its a bug in your notpad.. hehe

I think these so called "bugs" are intentional.

 

This will work in Microsoft windows alone

Its the bug from windows operating system, need to report it to Microsoft .
or it may be a Easter eggs, those are the hidden magic in windows operating system.
like there is a game is hidden in Microsoft office (excel)
