There are dozens of threads where your question is already discussed to boredom.

GoDaddy is the cheaper with info domains but IN domains are cheaper at Dynadot and Name.com

    Trusting Godaddy is a past..
There are more registrars who can be trusted more than Godaddy.

There are a lot of domain name registrars which offer discounts for their coupon codes. Do the search for them and you will be able to find some really cheap offers

Gossimer offers cheap domains and current has a promotion if you would like to consolidate your domains in one easy to use account with Gossimer. The current promotion allows customers to transfer-In as many domains as they would like at $8.59 per domain (.Com/.Net) and it will add one year onto the registration. They have a new promotion starting 1 July 10 which they are going to drop the transfer-In price again, they will be offering them for $7.50 per domain, also adding 1 year to the registration. At a time in this industry when all other registrars are raising prices because of the increase in ICANN fees, Gossimer is lowering the prices. Gossimer also does not advertise one price and then add on different fees, the price you see is the price you get with Gossimer, nothing is hidden.
