Let us please announce that advanced sales statistics is available for our partners now. Our partners can review additional information about their every sale of premium accounts: a country of a user who did the sale, referer URL, time period of the obtained membership, and a file that resulted in the sale.

Once you are in Overall Statistics section, you can browse through the sections Files, Referers and Countries and find out detailed information for the chosen time period (please note that first the records with sales would be displayed). Also the column Referrals in General Statistics table now has clickable records what allows you easily access daily referral revenue statistics.

We hope advanced sales statistics would help you to optimize your sales and increase the revenue.

The site has had English interface. At the moment there are around 20 languages available.

Remote upload does not work

 

For me uploading sux I have never been able to download anything I click free user the timer counts down then I typed is the code thing & then the free user thing pops up & starts over again. Only once did I get to download anything I got like 55k sec straigh crap

What kind of code did you type? Our users do not need to type in any codes. We do have captch code check, however it would be required to enter it only when you enter your account login details incorrectly. As for the situation you have described - it does not sound like common one at all. And if something similar occurs once again, the best way again is to contact support team.

Why do we always ask you to contact our team if you have any questions/difficulties? Because you will get answers to your questions, and if anything is wrong on the service, our support team will resolve the problem, and your details in this case would be really helpful.

In order to process such requests from forum, we need to know information about your account. That is why it is much faster to post the ticket to your account, it would be replied to in any case. As for the forum - we try to address all the requests here, however without personal details we can not answer your question here.

 

Just wanted to inform you about one more feature implemented for our partners.

In File Manager, a new field in Edit file section was added - File code. Now you can assign and change codes of your files. If a file was mistakenly removed you will be able to re-upload it and assign the old code. Thus you can restore the file traffic without changing files URLs manually on each web resource. And this is not applied to files that are blocked due to a copyright violation.

The feature was requested by our partners, and we hope it would be really helpful for you.

 

ULD allow 2 connection/1 time via FTP, why don't allow more ? If there're 2 connections only , it's very difficult to upload Let's change !

There is no exact quota value, it changes depending on different points. If you receive such a message, try to repeat the download the next day or use other IP address.

Your files should 'bring' premium account sales. The more demand your files are in, the more sales they cause.

The quota depends on multiple factors, so it is not possible to provide one specific criterion here.
