Does it counts for a backlink?

If I put signature in my emails, and every mail which I send contains my web address then does it count for a backlink?
or Its worth nothing, It dosent help.
If it work den I will start attaching every mail with my web address

 

Signature link in email will not count as a backlink. you can get visits through that if some people click on that links then. but it won't be considered as back link.

 

It means it will be helpful to get traffic

 

Search engines don't crawl email.
It would be a major privacy scandal if they did. Do you want every email you send and get appearing in Google?

 

so wats the use of including web links in email

 

To be read by the recipient of the email, and hopefully clicked on.
You know - actual real people, not search engine algorithms - the people you're supposed to be doing all the marketing for...

 

Mails are not open to public. Only you with a pass word can access it. search engine will not recoignised it . I doubt they even will send their bots there. : )

Email list is not counting for backlinks. But it will give traffic.

No, a signature link in an e-mail does not count as a backlink. Unfortunately.

 

The signature links in your email will be very good way to the traffic but the search engine crwler will not count as a backlink for those signature! LOL the search bot only crawls the web pages and contents which are publiacally available to everybody. and as a matter of fact your email add. is a private spot for you and your memebrs. e.g can you break anybody's mailboxes and count their letters? no, Right! well you had a nice idea.

This is the question that i used to do it before. I ever store all of my url in one of my list hoping that i will get pr 9 to all of my site. But this is just a silly idea

No it will not count as back links but it give us benefit of visit .

 

Email is not consider as SEO marketing but it is different kind of online marketing by which you can target interested people but the major draw back is of spam mail.

 

It is not considered as a backlink But it drives the visitors & traffic to your site

No, it will not count as a backlink. In order to count as a backlink, the link to your site has to be up in a place that can be crawled by Google and constantly referenced. So if you have 10 backlinks on a site and then that site shuts down, you lose those backlinks.
