Try our very own Affilorama SEO Toolbar for Firefox. It gives you information about Google PageRank, Alexa and Compete traffic rank, backlinks to the domain registered with Yahoo and Google, and indexing on Yahoo and Google, as well as reviews the on-page SEO details (title, meta keywords, meta description and H1, H2 tags). It also has a link scanner that will tell you about links to external domains and nofollow links. You can also check domain information such as whois and domain age.

SeoQuake is pretty good and also SEOmoz toolbar.

SeoQuake to use for fast info, like number of backlinks, indexed pages, cache date and links to alexa, site explorer...

SEOmoz toolbar is great because have some good options like analyze page. You do not need to open source to find title, h1 and similar important data... That option will give you that precious info much easier :)
Alo "nofollow" option is great for fast seeing what are nofollow links on pages.
