Plugin for display custom fields ? anyone?

    anyone plugin able to show custom fields at side bar (same like showing category with post count) ?
    example some post i have custom field (Area Code), is that possible to show the Area Code with post count at side bar ?

    cause custom fields can do alot more then category :)
