Can you get banned in adsense putting an adsense code from a previous adsense site?

If there was an exisiting website that you will put an adsense code in it but the account was banned but not that site. Will your the adsense account owner get banned also?

For example before the bann:

both sites have the same adsense account

site1: was ok

site2: broke a rule and the result banned.

If I put an adsense account on site1 will my account get banned?

 

if that site contains something against the TOS then yes.

Yes without a doubt. Google does count this case based on each account privilege and not the website itself. It would be counted as "related account" and you will not earn from any single clicks you made anyway.
