How to check?

A few days ago, I registered a name from expired list and later I found that it was banned from google search engine (because of old owner's SPAM). Is there any way to check banned status of expired domain before registration?

Well, I guess you can do a search of the domain name in Google and see if anything came out. Or run it through http://www.iwebtool.com to see if there is a PR.

The easiest way is to make an account on google sitemaps. Once on there you'll see a plus sign on the top right of the screen. Click that and there should be a link that pops up for submitting a reinclusion request.
