    Hey guys,

Basically, I currently have a wordpress blog to display posts as /p1234.

Now my question is, if I change it to /%postname% will the search results in google still lead to the original page or will the user get a 404 error?

You can modify your .htaccess file and use rewriting URL addresses to avoid that.
