Thanks for your reply. My Facebook and Myspace can't be used anymore. Because of the political issues, they had been screened in China, I searched on the internet, it says that i should find a proxy server in America, who know that? Now hot to do?

Facebook is incredibly bandwidth heavy since the last redesign. I suspect that this is at the heart of the problem. There are a couple of things that you can do that will help.

Firstly, I would use Firefox rather than IE. If you do not have Firefox already, you can get it for free here: mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox…

There is a little tweak you can make to speed up your internet. Facebook will still be MUCH slower than any other site, but, it will improve things (and hopefully you'll have less freezes)...

Once you are using Firefox, here's how to do it... Firstly type "about:config" (without the quotes) into the address bar and hit return. You will see a list of techy looking stuff, but, don't let that put you off, it's actually very simple to do... Next, scroll down the list and look for "network.http.pipelining" Double click on this to change it from 'False' to 'True'

Next, look on the same list for "network.http.proxy.pipelining" Again, double click on this to change it from 'False' to 'True'. Finally, look on the same list for "network.http.pipelining.maxrequests"
This is usually set at eithor 2 or 4. Double click on it, and change it to 8

That's it!!! You're done!!! Welcome to a faster internet, and, hopefully, much less Facebook issues!!!

Find some proxy lists from google, search proxy list. Try access facebook / myspace with proxy and see if there is problem with your connection.

Sorry to hear about that... You can get a list of servers and ports here: hidemyass.com/proxy-list/. It might take a few tries to get one that works. Just change your connecton options in FireFox or IE.
